| Boiled Pork with Bamboo Shoot
Ingredients
Pork - 1 kg
Bamboo Shoot 100gm
10 Raja Chillies
10 Mejinga Seeds
10 pods of Garlic
Cloves
Ginger
Salt to taste
Preparation
Clean pork and cut into small pieces.
Grind the ginger, garlic and Raja chillies to make a paste
Heat the pan, add water and bring to a boil. Add the pork and bamboo shoots.
Add salt, the paste and majinga seeds.
Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes till the pork is tender.
Serve hot with rice. |
