| Boiled LAI PAT
Ingredients
Lai Pat 2 bunches Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp 2 green chillies Black pepper 1 tsp Salt to taste Lemon Juice 1 tsp Preparation
Clean and wash Lai pat. Heat the pan, add water and bring it to boil. Add Lai pat, ginger, green chillies and black pepper.
Add salt and lemon juice and stir well. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
